Sensei Manix has had over 20 years experience in Martial Arts and is a specialist in Shotokan Karate.  He was awarded his 2nd degree black belt in Japan while training under the Ashihara Kai Kan Karate System.  He has also had great success competing in National and international tournament circuits.
